This note includes a few comments I would like to make regarding your work and your professionalism. You recently measured, ordered, and installed 11 windows in our home. Each window has been carefully placed and precisely sealed. That has been no easy task, considering your working conditions! As you recall, some of the windows were typical, in a typical room. For one, you had to work on your hands and knees; for others you had to straddle woodpiles and move through thick spider webs. You never complained, and treated each window with the care one might use doing installations at the White House! In addition, you cleaned up after yourself with all diligence. Beautiful!

Your work is impressive and excellent.

As if that’s not enough, you are exceptionally courteous and exceptionally reliable and exceptionally respectful. These qualities are so hard to find, and to find all these qualities in one person is a gold mine! You have been delightful to work with.

We’ve had people working in our home in the past, but you stand at the top of the list. My husband and I are both very pleased that we found you, and we thank you very much.
